Full PPR Begins

Beginning with the 2027 season, receptions increase from 0.5 points to 1.0 point.

The change was approved by supermajority at the 2025 rules meeting.

2026 Now Active

Expanded Starting Lineup

The additional RB/WR/TE flex position approved in 2024 is now active, expanding the weekly starting lineup from 10 players to 11 starters.

Total roster size remains 24 active roster players plus 2 taxi-squad players.

2025 Rules Meeting Results

Approved

  • Full PPR beginning in 2027
  • Maximum one GM per team, with Coach Coach grandfathered in
  • Following season’s last-place punishment decided by consensus at the annual rules meeting
  • Sacks reduced from 2 points to 1 point
  • Field goals changed to 0.1 points per yard
  • 1-point bonus for a 20+ yard rushing play or 40+ yard reception
  • Draft lottery applies only to the first round
  • Consolation-bracket winner receives pick 2.13
  • Winning by 50+ points earns naming rights over the losing team for the following week
  • No more than two Tylers in the league; middle names are acceptable
  • Creation of the Lowest Balls award and trophy
  • First GM to win two championships must cater the next rules summit

Major proposals

  • Split the draft beginning in 2027: rookie-only Rounds 1–2 before the NFL Draft, with Rounds 3–6 after
  • Add two taxi-squad spots
  • Add a 0.5-point tight end premium
  • Add another bench roster spot alongside the new flex starter
  • Remove all positional limits

Standard proposals

  • Make FAAB tradable
  • Add a 1-point bonus for 10+ receptions
  • Remove trade vetoes
  • Process trades instantly, with commissioner review only for suspected collusion
  • Limit teams to four first-round picks in a season
  • Add compensatory draft picks
  • Add a rule or punishment for entering the draft with more picks than available roster space

2024 Extra flex approved for 2026, scoring changes, Pro Bowl tradition

Approved

  • Grant remained keeper of beer bets; Derek resumed treasurer duties
  • Extra flex starter beginning in 2026 — supermajority
  • Rejected proposals cannot be re-voted the following season
  • Negative points for missed field goals
  • D/ST points for blocked field goals or punts
  • Negative D/ST scoring based on points allowed
  • Winning-record team losing to a losing-record team must post a press-conference apology video

Implementation note: The blocked-field-goal/punt rule passed, but Fleaflicker does not support the intended scoring setup.

  • Last-place punishment must be completed before the NFL Draft or the manager forfeits their best draft pick; if no pick is held, the top pick in the next draft is forfeited
  • Unusual NFL-game scoring follows Fleaflicker’s ruling
  • Positional limits suspended during the offseason
  • Top four lottery picks weighted by maximum possible points scored

Rejected / Deferred

  • Special-teams scoring adjustment for kickoff-return fumbles and yardage — no change; platform settings did not allow it
  • Additional punishment for a winless season
  • Remove positional limits entirely
  • Determine non-playoff draft order solely by best-possible points
  • Increase benches beginning in 2024
  • Remove kickers and/or defenses

2022 QB limits, payouts, and lineup-integrity standards

Approved Changes

  • QB roster limit reduced from five quarterbacks to three
  • Payout structure changed to $900 for first, $200 for second, and $100 for third
  • Lineup-integrity rule adopted: every team must start an active player at each position and make a reasonable effort to start its best lineup
  • Commissioner may replace an empty starting spot or a player declared out before game time with the highest-projected eligible bench player
  • League-wide enforcement established to prevent inactivity and deliberate lineup weakening as a tanking strategy
